David, king of Scots, has inspected a charter of John Murray of Newton. [John Murray, lord of Newton in Fife, gives Henry of Leighton a ploughgate of land with 'Lochflat', 'Welflat' and 'Braddale' (*Leightonslands?), of the tenement of Inverdovat (in Forgan parish, FIF).] The king confirms this, saving his service.
