Description
David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified and confirmed the donation and concession or sale which Margery de Montgomery senior and Margery de Montgomery daughter of John de Montgomery, her relative, made to John Kennedy of the land of Cassillis (AYR); similarly that donation or sale which John of Turnberry made to John Kennedy of one and a half pennylands of Dalmorton, in the earldom of Carrick in the sheriffdom of Ayr; as well as that donation or sale which Murdoch son of Somerled made to John Kennedy, of the pennyland of 'Schauben'.
