Description
David, king of Scots, noting that the New Park and the Old Park beside Stirling and the land of 'Kepnemade', granted by his lord father [Robert I], has been held of him for certain services, as is fully contained in his charter, and that 'Kepnemade', the least part of the aforesaid lands, is now in his hands due to an exchange, and not wishing that all the services should come from the same, has granted to Agnes of Keillor the said land of 'Kepnemade' to possess by hereditary right, but it will not be held of the king unless they perform suit of court at his three chief pleas at Stirling, and confirming all the articles of his father's charter.
