Description
David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified and confirmed that donation which the late Margaret Uviet, daughter and sole heir of the late David Uviet, knight, spouse of the late Robert Menzies knight made to Richard Uviet her relative (consanguineus), of half the land of Cassindilly (FIF), all the land of 'Balqwy' (FIF), and of Craighall (FIF), of all the land of Callange (FFI), and of the third part of the mill of Ceres (FIF); holding by Richard and his heirs or assigns in feu and heritage, as contained in Margaret's charter to Richard, saving the king's service.
