Description
David, king of Scots, has inspected certain indented agreements made between the aldermen, baillies and community of the burgh of Perth and the late William of Dispenser, burgess of Perth. [Agreement dated at Perth, Tuesday in the feast of the apostles Peter and Paul, AD 1344, whereby the burgh community demits at feuferme to William the custom (toll) of the bridge of Perth] The king approves, ratifies and confirms this in pereptuity, saving his service.
