Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Walter of Spital, the tenth part of his lands of Kinmonth in the district of Fothrif in the sheriffdom of Fife, which Adam of Moncur and Agnes Ramsay his wife resigned by staff and baton at Perth; holding in feu and heritage, as Adam and Agnes held it, for service owed and wont.
