David, king of Scots, has given John Keir, burgess of Stirling, a piece of land in the Gallows Street of the burgh Aberdeen, between the land of Robert Lang on the west and the king's road on the east, which was Adam Stawache's, and which was forfeited to the king due to Adam dying against his peace and faith; holding by John and Mariota his spouse and their lawfully procreated heirs, failing which, by John's lawful heirs; in feu and heritage, as Adam held it, for service owed and wont.
