Description
David, king of Scots, to his royal justiciars or justiciars of the regality of the earldom of Moray, has granted the venerable father in Christ, Alexander bishop of Moray that his baillie may recognosce and make recognition of transgressions made by any of the native men or others of the ecclesiastical lands within parts of Strathspey and Badenoch and punish them in bodies and in goods.
