David, king of Scots, has given Duncan Wallace knight, the lands of Sundrum, Drumfairn, and 'Sywyld' (AYR), which were Duncan's, and which he resigned at Ayr on 11 Aug., 1370; holding by Duncan and Eleanor Bruce, his spouse, in feu and heritage, in one integral free barony, for service owed and wont.
