Thomas of Perth, called Bell, canon of Dunkeld, has given, granted and esatablished by this present script to Scone Abbey for one half mark annually in pure and perpetual alms in perpetuity from that land in the watergate of Perth which lies next to the southern part of the land of the said canons which William of Balhousie once held of the canons in the said street, which Thomas gave for the marriage of Matilda, daughter of Henry Wyth [White?], that is, 40d. at the Martinmas and 40d. at Pentecost.
