William, bishop of St Andrews, for Dryburgh Abbey; has given church of Gullane (ELO), saving episcopal dues and annual cain of 4 marks to bishop, and saving composition made between said abbey and William de Vaux, knight, for one part, and prioress of nuns of South Berwick for other, at authority of Brother James, papal penitentiary and chaplain, then legate in Scotland, as contained in script between them, saving ordinances which bishop made, according to authority of Lateran Council, to William of Gullane and William de Vaux, his clerics, for their lifetime.
