William, bishop of St Andrews, for church of Kettins (PER); has absolved the church, which he bestowed to hospital of the bridge of Berwick [on Tweed], from burden of procurations. He wishes that dean of Merse compel detainers of rents pertaining to hospital. He also has granted licence to master of the hospital to celebrate divine service with ringing of bells and to receive oblations and alms, saving parochial rights to mother church.
