Document 3/16/17 (Moray Reg., no. 50)

Malcolm, earl of Fife, has given and granted and by his charter established to the bishopric of Moray the church of Blessed Peter of Inveravon (BNF) with one davoch of land justly pertaining to it in Inveravon which Brice held, and with the whole parish of Strathavon (BNF), with teinds, oblations and all other just pertinents, in free, pure and perpetual alms. He wills that Brice, bishop of Moray, and his successors, and the bishopric of Moray should hold it freely, saving the service of the lord king for the aforesaid davoch, if such service is owed from there.
