Malise, earl of Strathearn, has given, granted, and established by his charter, to Amabilia, his sister, for her marriage, the whole land of Kincardine in ‘Kather Levenas’, which is next to Auchterarder (PER), by its right bounds, and with all liberties, easements and other just pertinents pertaining to that land, holding of him and his heirs, by Amabilia and the heirs of her body, in perpetuity, free from secular exaction and demand, and making forinsec service of the lord king.
