Description
Pope Innocent IV grants an indulgence to the bishop of St Andrews that he shall not be summoned by papal or legatine letters more than two days distance from his church, touching possessions within that distance, unless special mention be made in them of this indult. The bishops of Dunblane and Brechin are appointed conservators.
