Pandulph, bishop-elect of Norwich, chamberlain of the pope, papal legate, writes to Peter, bishop of Winchester, noting that, as S[tephen] de Segrave and Master Robert de Aren’ will inform him, he has concluded the negotiations of the king [of England] with the king of Scotland. Pandulph hastens to return to Peter so that he may proceed with his council concerning these things that pertain to the king, as may seem expedient and commands that Peter be prudent and diligent in his business.
