Description
Ralph Noble, son of Sir Ralph Noble, with the counsel and assent of Sir Ralph, his father, has given and by rod and staff quitclaimed to Thomas his brother, all lands which he had in the villa of Illieston (WLO) by gift of his father, Sir Ralph, together with any claim to that land. He wills and grants that that donation which Thomas his brother made on the stated day by his charter to Sir David of Graham and Agnes his spouse, shall not be contradicted. He has sworn on the holy gospels.
