Description
Thomas of Yester, son of Ralph, has restored and quitclaimed Nether Yester (ELO), with all its right pertinents to William Giffard, namely, for one ploughgate of land in ‘Berwalestune’ (ELO?) and 14 marks, which William Giffard gave him in exchange for the aforesaid villa of Nether Yester with all the native men (neyfs) of the same villa.
