Malcolm of Moray, knight, has given, granted and established by this his charter to William of Moray, his son, all his land of Lhanbryde (MOR) for his homage and service with all its just pertinents, in feu and heritage, rendering annually one pair of white gloves or 1d at Pentecost for all secular service, exaction and demand, making to the lord king the service of a half a knight and Scottish forinsec pertaining to the land. He also wills and grants that William will pay three marks in relief, and will be free and quit of all wards and reliefs for the payment of three marks. He also wills and grants that William will make no suit of court.
