John of the Burn, burgess of Dundee, has given and granted to Henry, ‘called Hastings’, son of the late Albert, burgess of Dundee, a certain piece of land at feuferme in the villa of Dundee (ANG), between the land of the said Henry on the west and the land that Gilbert called ‘Gudgib’ and Emma late daughter of Peter of ‘Albo Campo’ (Whitefield?) his wife held on the east in the Sea Road of Dundee, rendering annually 7s. at the two terminals, that is, 3s. 6d. at Pentecost and 3s. 6d. at Martinmas.
