Description
Walter son of Alan, steward of Scotland, has given, granted and by this his present charter established to Balmerino Abbey one land in the burgh of Perth, i.e., that which lies between the house of Swartebrand and that land which Benedict son of James held of him in the villa of Perth, holding and having in perpetual feu, rendering annually two pounds of pepper and two pounds of cumin on the feast of the Apostles Peter and Paul.
