Description
Gilbert of Ruthven, knight, has given, granted, and by this his present charter established to Walter Edgar his nepos all his land of Easter Cultmalundie (PER), by stated bounds, with common in his peatary, with free entry and exit, in feu and heritage, in all easements, liberties and rights pertaining to it, saving to his men of Ruthven (PER) common pasture on ‘Blare[ne]tagar’ on the north side, rendering annually 6d. at Pentecost for all forinsec service and suit of court and for all other secular services, wards, reliefs, customs, exactions and demands.
