Description
Nicholas, called Moses, of Bondington, gave, granted and also quitclaimed, for him and his heirs and assignees, in perpetuity, to Waleran, abbot of Kelso, and the convent of the same place, all his rights which he had or was able to have at any time in the cottage and garden, which Tyock, wife of Andrew, formerly held from him in the villa of Bondington (in Berwick, BWK), just as it lies between the land of the abbot and convent to the east, and his land to the west, and abutting above the royal road.
