- David, king of Scots, has inspected a charter of Thomas, earl of Mar and lord of Garioch, his relative, finding it neither cancelled, annulled, nor damaged. [Charter of Thomas to Robert Erskine, knight, and Christina Keith his wife, of lands in the lordship of Garioch (ABD), in free barony.] The king approves, ratifies, and confirms this charter of donation.
