- David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified and confirmed that donation which the late Walter Maule of Panmure made to Adam, bishop of Brechin, and Brechin cathedral, of the chaplainry of Boath and the land of Cairncortie (ANG), and that donation which Christina de Valognes, lady of Panmure made to the chapel of Boath of the land of 'Bothmernock' in the holding of Panmure (ANG) and of two marks annually from the lands of 'Breckys' by Arbroath abbey; holding in perpetuity with all lands, renders, rights, liberties, etc.
