- David, king of Scots, has approved, ratified and confirmed that grant and sale which his beloved and faithful Maurice Drummond made to John Mercer, burgess of Perth, of lands of Meikleour in Stormont in the sheriffdom of Perth (PER), which lands Alan of Kinbuck resigned to the king by rod and staff, and which the king infefted Maurice by his charter; in feu and heritage, as contained in the king's charter of infeftment, saving his service.
