'Note that a letter should be obtained in teh words of the schedule here appended, and likewise another letter with the same wording under the seal of the king of Scotland, if it can be had, and when they arrive, they should be enrolled; and Robert Neville and Brother William de Horton, a monk of St Albans, are being sent to attend to that; and they have royal letters of credenec directed to the king and queen of Scotland, and to the counsellors mentioned.'
