Hugh de Sigillo, bishop of Dunkeld (d.1229 or 1230)

Biography
Hugh became clerk of the seal around 1180 and was also known as clerk of the provender later in William's reign. Watt and Murray, Fasti, 124: Hugh succeeded as bishop of Dunkeld in 1214 and was consecrated by 29 September 1216. He died in 1229, or perhaps 6 January 1229/30.
